To qualify for a refund:

  • You must provide a valid reason and proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
  • In most cases, we may ask for a photo or video showing the issue for documentation

We do not require you to physically return the product. Instead, we use your feedback to improve future customer experiences.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • Missing or invalid order information
  • Situations where product misuse or accidental damage is evident
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
