At Zenalignpillow, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund — no returns required.
✅ Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product
- You must provide a valid reason and proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt)
- In most cases, we may ask for a photo or video showing the issue for documentation
We do not require you to physically return the product. Instead, we use your feedback to improve future customer experiences.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Missing or invalid order information
- Situations where product misuse or accidental damage is evident
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

If your refund is approved:
